How to reach the team behind the SDK

General enquiries

Email hello@getpatter.com for anything about Patter — questions about the SDK, partnerships, press, billing on Patter Cloud, or exercising your data rights under the privacy policy. We read every message and normally reply within two business days.

Technical support and bug reports

Patter is open source, and the fastest route to a fix is a GitHub issue: github.com/PatterAI/Patter/issues. Include the SDK version, the provider combination you are running, and the relevant log output. Feature requests and pull requests are welcome on the same repository. Documentation, including the quickstart and provider guides, lives at docs.getpatter.com.

Security

Report vulnerabilities privately to security@getpatter.com or through GitHub security advisories. Please do not open a public issue for a security problem. Our disclosure policy and machine-readable contact details are published at /.well-known/security.txt.

Patter Cloud
